Season 27 of “The Voice” will mark the return of a fan-favorite coach.
After a 10-season hiatus, Adam Levine will be back to coach a new team of singers. The Maroon 5 frontman was one of The Voice’s OG judges along with Blake Shelton, Christina Aguilera, and CeeLo Green.
In addition to Levine, John Legend, Michael Bublé, and Kelsea Ballerini will appear as judges on season 27 of “The Voice.”
Bublé is returning to the coaching panel after making his debut on the NBC series last season, whereas Legend previously appeared on seasons 16 through 22, season 24, and season 25.
Season 27 marks Ballerini’s first time being a full-time coach, but she’s made cameos on “The Voice” as a part-time coach and a guest advisor.
Levine, meanwhile, shared a photo of the four season 27 coaches via Instagram in July 2024.
“First week of taping Season 27 of @nbcthevoice with these three is done, love them, it’s great to be back!” he captioned the snap.
Bublé is the only season 26 judge returning for the new installment; Gwen Stefani, Snoop Dogg, and Reba McEntire are all sitting this one out. However, Snoop did say during the season 26 finale that he’d consider coaching again.
“It’s been a great experience for me,” the rapper told “The Voice” host Carson Daly. “I didn’t know what I was signing on to, but I do know it feels like I could come back and do it again.”
Season 27 of “The Voice” premieres on NBC Monday, Feb. 3, at 8 p.m. EST. The competition kicks off with the blind auditions, where the coaches listen to contestants sing without seeing them. If they like what they hear, they press a button that turns their chair around, giving them a chance to recruit the performer onto their team.
