The Voice season 26 aired part two of its season finale this week on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. The segment saw the top five perform duets with their coaches as several celebrity guests made an appearance, including Dan + Shay, and Kelly Clarkson. Famed singer Sting also performed an act with Snoop Dogg.
As the episode progressed, the final rankings were announced. While Jeremy Beloate from Team Snoop finished in 5th place, Sofronio Vasquez from Team Bublé bagged the win.
Fans of the singing reality show commented on the final rankings online and while many celebrated the singer’s victory, others felt differently.
“SORRY but, NBC PICKED Softonio & Bublé to Win because he’s a sore loser & that guy is a horrible singer! Wouldn’t buy anything from him! Reba’s,Snoop or Gwen’s singers were better. Bublé should just leave the show. I Don’t like him at ALL! He’s HORRIBLE! KEEP GWEN, REBA & SNOOP!” one person wrote on X.

Some fans of The Voice season 26 celebrated Sofronio Vasquez’s victory.

Sofronio Vasquez wins The Voice season 26
The Voice season 26 crowned Sofronio Vasquez as its winner this week on December 10, 2024. The live segment kicked off with the finalists, along with Jan Dan, Adam Bohanan, and Christina Eagle performing Defying Gravity from Wicked.
The finalists and their coaches then took to the stage to perform duets, and first up were Sydney Sterlace and Gwen Stefani. Together, they sang Wild World. Jeremy Beloate and his coach Snoop Dogg performed The Dock of the Bay followed by Michael Bublé performing Something Stupid with finalist Shye.
Danny Joseph and Reba McEntire performed You Don’t Know Me, followed by Michael Bublé and Sofronio Vasquez singing Who’s Lovin’ You.
The finalists were not the only ones who performed during The Voice season 26 finale, as the segment featured special performances by celebrity guests. This included season 25 coaches Dan + Shay performing It’s Officially Christmas, Myles Smith singing Stargazing, season 24 winner Huntley singing Skyline Drive, and Riley Green and Ella Langley singing Don’t Mind If I Do.
The season 26 coach Snoop Dogg teamed up with the famous musician Sting to perform Another Part of Me, followed by Kelly Clarkson returning to the show for the first time since season 23. She performed You For Chrismas, followed by Tears of Fears singing Everybody Wants to Rule the World and The Girl That I Call Home.
Season 25 winner, Asher HaVon dedicated Thank You to former coach Reba McEntire, before the final rankings were announced. Jeremy finished 5th, Danny Joseph finished 4th, Sydney placed 3rd, while Shye finished 2nd. Sofronio Vasquez was announced as the winner of The Voice season 26 and became the first ever Filippino to win the NBC show.
Fans of the reality show commented on Team Bublé’s victory but had conflicted views. While some celebrated Sofronio, others felt one of the other singers deserved it more.
