Meet the real-life couples from the Sirens season 2 cast who even got DIVORCE and got back together

‘Sirens’ stars Meghann Fahy and Milly Alcock as sisters and Julianne Moore as a billionaire, creepy boss

Leo Woodall and Meghann Fahy attend the EE BAFTA Film Awards Champagne Reception on February 16, 2025 in London, England ; Bart Freundlich and Julianne Moore attend Netflix's 2024 Golden Globe After Party on January 07, 2024 in Beverly Hills, California.

While Sirens explores themes of power, class and privilege, the show centers around complex relationships between women.

The Netflix series follows Devon (Meghann Fahy) as she travels to a luxurious beach estate to visit her younger sister, Simone (Milly Alcock), after their father gets an upsetting health diagnosis. However, while she’s there, she becomes increasingly concerned about Simone’s creepy relationship with her billionaire boss, Michaela Kell (Julianne Moore).

“It’s a true dark comedy,” creator and executive producer Molly Smith Metzler told Tudum. “It’s got a Greek mythology vibe.” The limited series, which premiered on Netflix on May 22, also stars Kevin Bacon, Glenn Howerton, Bill Camp and Josh Segarra.

While the series explores complicated, even toxic social dynamics between the characters, many of the cast members are happily in relationships off-screen. Moore has been married to her husband, director Bart Freundlich, since 2003. Bacon, meanwhile, married his wife, actress Kyra Sedgwick, 15 years earlier in 1988.

Here’s everything to know about the real-life partners of the cast of Sirens.

Meghann Fahy, who stars as Simone’s older, concerned sister Devon DeWitt, is in a relationship with actor Leo Woodall.

The couple first met in early 2022 when filming season 2 of The White Lotus. Although they were rumored to be dating that September, their relationship status wasn’t confirmed until November 2023 when they were spotted kissing in New York City.

While the two have attended a handful of red carpet events together, they prefer to keep their romance out of the spotlight.

“We’re very good at keeping it as private as we can,” Woodall told Elle UK in February 2025. “To me, that’s the only way. You see public relationships all the time slapped all over social media and I can’t imagine that’s any fun. [Your relationship] should be a safe space, so I think letting people into it is completely counter-productive.”

Fahy echoed his sentiment in April when speaking to CBS Mornings about dating a fellow actor.

“There’s so many weird things about this industry and what we do,” she said. “I think there’s just something really lovely about being with somebody who really gets that.”

Milly Alcock plays Simone DeWitt, Fahy’s younger sister who is working as a personal assistant to an enigmatic socialite. In the show, Simone’s relationship with her boss seems a little too close for comfort, but in real life, she appears to be single.

The actress first entered the spotlight after being cast in House of the Dragon, and has since preferred to keep her personal life private.

“It just makes me incredibly anxious,” she told Nylon in 2022 about the sudden public attention. “It’s an incredibly difficult space to navigate. There’s very few people who’ve had an experience like how I’ve had, and finding them is really difficult.”

Julianne Moore stars as Michaela Kell, a wealthy and magnetic, almost cult-like woman who has a deep connection to her young assistant, Simone. Michaela also has a complicated dynamic with her husband, Peter Kell (Bacon).

In real life, though, Moore has been married to her husband, Bart Freundlich, for over 20 years. The two met in 1996 when Freundlich was directing her in the film The Myth of Fingerprints. “It was pretty unexpected,” she told PEOPLE in 2019 about their romance. “It kept going, and now we have this huge history together.”

The couple are parents to two children. They welcomed their son, Caleb Moore Freundlich, in 1997 and their daughter, Liv Helen Moore Freundlich, in 2002. The following year, in August 2003, they tied the knot.

“I feel happy that my marriage is thriving and intact. That’s a really great thing,” the actress told PEOPLE in February 2023. “I think you both have to want to be together. Find somebody who’s as interested in you as you are in them.”

Kevin Bacon plays Moore’s husband, Peter Kell, on-screen, but in real life, he’s married to actress Kyra Sedgwick.

They met in 1987 on the set of the PBS movie, Lemon Sky, and for Bacon, it was love at first sight. “I was knocked out,” he told PEOPLE in 2023. “I thought she was amazing.”

Sedgwick, however, wasn’t quite as convinced. In fact, she shared that she initially thought he was a little bit full of himself. Still, she agreed to a date, and the rest is history.

The couple got married a year later, in September 1988. The key to their happy relationship? Being supportive and funny. “We’ve always been each other’s biggest support and fans,” Sedgwick shared with PEOPLE before adding, “A sense of humor is crucial.”

They share two children together: son Travis and daughter Sosie. Both kids have followed in their famous parents’ footsteps, with Travis working as a producer and musician while Sosie is an actress.

Glenn Howerton, who portrays one of the Kells’ wealthy neighbors, Ethan Corbin, has been married to his wife, Jill Latiano, for over a decade.

After meeting in 2007, the couple wed in September 2009. Two years later, on Sept. 12, 2011, they welcomed their first child together, son Miles Robert. In 2014, they announced the arrival of their second son, Isley Ray.

According to Howerton, the key to his happy relationship is an underlying friendship.

“My advice? Marry your best friend. Bonus points if your best friend happens to be a stone cold babe,” the actor wrote in a 2020 Instagram post celebrating their 11-year anniversary. “I can’t imagine being more in love with another human being.”

In Sirens, Bill Camp portrays Bruce DeWitt, Simone and Devon’s father. He has been married to his wife, actress Elizabeth Marvel, since 2004.

The pair first met in the 1980s at Juilliard. They became friends, but didn’t start dating until after Camp graduated, although she admitted she’d had a crush on him for years.

“I was hit by a lightning bolt,” she told Vulture in March 2021. “I’ve always felt there was something inevitable with him.”

They tied the knot in 2004 and welcomed their son, Silas, in 2007.

“We’ve had an incredibly fortunate run, with some obstacles,” Camp told Vulture. “We’ve stayed in it through a kind of partnership. Beth is the person I trust most in the world.”

Josh Segarra plays Raymond, Devon’s long-term, on-again, off-again boyfriend, but in real life, the actor has been married to his wife, Brace Rice, for over a decade.

The couple first met at a birthday party. Less than a week later, they went on their first date, but before going to eat, Rice attended a spin class Segarra was teaching.

“She showed up, was gorgeous and killed the class,” he told Parade in 2016. “Then we went to lunch and it was fantastic. I have loved her ever since.”

After getting married in 2014, the pair welcomed their son, Gus Maine, in 2016. Their second son, Hank Rice, was born in 2020, and in 2023, they added a third baby boy, Bo, to their family.

“My wife is my superhero … The way she loves makes me fall in love with her more and more every day,” the actor told PEOPLE in 2020. “A man is blessed because of the family he has, and I am a very blessed man.”
