Allen has listed his Southern California home for $8.5 million about a month after marrying actress Hailee Steinfeld in an intimate ceremony in affluent Montecito.
The couple, who exchanged vows on May 31 at the San Ysidro Ranch, appear to be streamlining their real estate portfolio as they settle into married life.

Allen purchased the four-bedroom, three-bathroom dwelling in 2023 for $7.2 million through a trust managed by his financial advisor, Troy Nunes, and often spent time there during the offseason, according to Realtor.com, which first reported on the listing.
Tucked inside the exclusive guard-gated enclave of Monarch Bay in Dana Point, the 2,808-square-foot property is close to high-end resorts like the Ritz Carlton and has access to a private beach club.
The listing, which hit the market on July 3, describes the residence as a “classic mid-century California architecture” home positioned “on one of the neighborhood’s larger private lots.”

Though Allen spends the bulk of the football season back east in Buffalo, he has kept close ties to California, where he was born and raised.
In Orchard Park, New York — just minutes from Highmark Stadium — he owns a larger custom estate featuring a pool, a pool house and a sports court, built on a lot he acquired in 2021 for $500,000.
Meanwhile, Steinfeld maintains her own footprint on the West Coast. She purchased a 9,000-square-foot Encino estate in 2021 for $7.98 million from musician John Fogerty. That six-bedroom home, more than an hour from Dana Point, features a motorized glass wall that opens to a pool and yard.
The pair may be eyeing a new shared residence in Malibu, the seaside enclave where Allen proposed in November 2024.
