Kelsea Ballerini has a message for all of those wanting details on her recent breakup with Chase Stokes.
“CC: Speculators, ‘sources’ and hidden cameras outside the hair salon,” she posted on social media. “Let us be.”
The country star shared a TikTok video Tuesday with Ariana Grande‘s 2020 track “Shut Up.”
In the clip, Ballerini, 32, appeared fresh-faced with her blonde hair pulled back in a tight bun, wearing a white muscle tee and sipping a Celsius beverage. She puts her hands on the sides of her face and shuts them and closes them seemingly in frustration, as she points at the camera when the pop star sings the words “shut up.”
The 32-year-old singer and “Outer Banks” star were together nearly three years.
“They’re two adults who gave it their all and tried to do everything they could to make it work, but ultimately couldn’t,” a source told PEOPLE. “It happens.”
The dating rumors started in January 2023 after Stokes shared a picture of the two of the at the Georgia vs. TCU game at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif.
