What struck me the most was that the perpetrator had a slow and deliberate gait as though he had this ordeal planned. His movements were slow, unlike most burglars, who usually have rapid movement as they want to break in and get out quickly. That’s why you often see more jerky, adrenaline-laden movements. This was the opposite, as he was very deliberate in his steps.
The eyes are interesting as one of the lids is covered with more skin than the other. Coincidently Tomasso Cionis eyes are similar in that regard. So are the eyes of a gentleman standing to the left of Tomasso in a photo, who also has the same eye pattern. Both men also have arched eyebrows but Tomasso has more of his dark eyelashes showing.

The perpetrator has a wide and flat nose at the base, as you can see from the shape in the baklava.
Also, the balaclava is curved at the bottom. Most balaclavas do not have this curve and outline the chin as they go straight to the neck unless there is a beard housed in it. Tomasso has a beard.

There is also a dark, thick moustache you can see in the upper area of the mouth. Cioni also has a dark moustache. The man standing to the left of Tomasso in the photo has a sparse moustache, while Tomasso’s is thick. Tomasso’s is also full in the middle, while the other man has no hair growth in that area.

Even though the man in the video is wearing a baklava to disguise his identity, the perpetrator took it upon himself to pull a plant from the side of the house, as you can see him bending down and doing this, and placing it in front of the camera. He does this because he wants to make sure he isn’t seen or recognized. Most burglars or perpetrators would not know there were plants on the side of the house or think about picking them. So it must have been someone familiar with the details of the home. The perpetrator already has a baklava on, so why would he want even more assurance that he would not be recognized? This leads me to believe that he may have known Nancy.

Also, most burglars come with others- a getaway driver or someone to help them. This perpetrator acted alone, which in itself is odd and may mean that he came specifically for Nancy.
The perpetrator in the video is in good physical shape and seems to have a flat stomach area and muscular thighs. In looking at Tomassos photos and the photo of the other man, they too have a flat stomach and long arms and seem to be in good shape like the perpetrator.
Now I am not saying that Tommasso Cioni or the man standing next to him in the photo is the perpetrator. I am not accusing him, but there are several similarities that make one ask questions.
