Blood was found in the home of “Today” co-host Savannah Guthrie’s missing 84-year-old mom, — with the local sheriff confirming that authorities fear “a possible kidnapping or abduction.”

The blood was found alongside signs of forced entry and a struggle in the house in Catalina Hills, Arizona, law enforcement sources told The Post. It was not immediately confirmed whose blood it was.

Nancy Guthrie, whom Savannah calls her “best friend,” was reported missing Sunday, hours after returning from dinner the night before.

(savannahguthrie/Instagram)A potential lead has emerged in Nancy Guthrie’s kidnapping kidnapping case following a disturbing report of a woman spotted hanging from a vehicle and screaming. Authorities allegedly received a “chilling” 911 call on the evening Nancy vanished from her residence near Tucson, Arizona, in a case that has captivated the country.

Nancy, who is the mother of NBC News anchor Savannah Guthrie, was reported missing on February 1. Her location remains unknown, though authorities believe she was abducted.

Black-and-white surveillance footage from her doorbell camera captured an individual outside her residence wearing a ski mask and gloves while carrying a black 25-liter Ozark Trail Hiker Pack. It comes after a criminal attorney revealed the 6 huge red flags in Nancy’s case that “don’t add up.”

According to the update, a woman was observed hanging from a “dark gray or blue Chevy Malibu.” Jim Moret discussed the call in a video posted to the outlet’s YouTube channel.

He stated: “A chilling 911 call was made to police the night Nancy Guthrie was kidnapped. A police dispatcher sent out an alert about a woman hanging out of the window of a car, and she was screaming.”

Jim then raised the question likely on many people’s minds: could this be the missing 84-year-old? He noted that the location given by the “undetermined” 911 caller was just three miles from Nancy’s residence.

In the audio, disclosed by television journalist Nancy Grace, a 911 dispatcher can be heard stating: “The caller is advising they saw a female out of a vehicle window screaming. The vehicle was a dark gray or blue Chevy Malibu. No plates.

“Advised that the female was hanging out of the window, wearing all black, and the door was also open.”

Nancy emphasized that authorities “don’t know” if the incident is linked to her disappearance, but noted that it occurred near her home and around the time she was “taken,” adding that they “can’t really discount anything.”

The FBI has increased its reward for information from $50,000 to $100,000 and is searching for a suspect described as 5ft 9in to 5ft 10in tall with an average build. Nancy’s family has also offered a $1 million reward.

In another development, investigators have retrieved DNA from the scene, though it was characterized as a “mixed” sample. Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos indicated the results could take “weeks, months or maybe a year.”

CeCe Moore, chief genetic genealogist at Parabon Nanolabs, explained to People that this type of sample contains genetic material from multiple individuals and is “much more difficult to work with.”

However, the abductor should be “extremely worried.” She stated: “If I was the kidnapper, I would be extremely worried right now, particularly if I knew there was some kind of altercation, or I knew I touched things in there.”

CeCe added that they should be “very concerned” and that it would be “extremely difficult,” under these circumstances, not to “leave your DNA behind.”
