The Oklahoma City Metro Star Search and Rescue Team (OKCM) has asked locals to be on the lookout for Clayborn after she went missing just under two hours before she was set to deliver her child at 11:00am.

“She left to get a few last-minute items before going to the hospital and never returned home,” OKCM said.

Clayborn, who is 41 weeks pregnant, was last seen wearing a blue and white jogging suit while driving her silver Nissan Altima.

According to a flyer from her family, she was leaving the house to go buy hygiene products before her scheduled surgery.

Officials said she missed her appointment at the hospital and has not been seen or heard from since.

Her phone pinged around 3:06pm on Thursday near Remington Park, around I-44 & I-35 in Oklahoma City.

An hour later, her car tag was spotted on cameras in Oklahoma City near W 63rd & Hefner Parkway.

Officials have asked that if anyone sees Clayborn, they call 911.

Those with information regarding her whereabouts should contact the Midwest City Police Department at 405-739-1389.

Authorities released a description of Clayborn, saying she is approximately 5’6″ and 150 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
