A new VICE series will dive into actor Tom Cruise’s career, from “Risky Business” to his risk-taking reputation in the movie business. “Icons Unearthed: Tom Cruise” airs Wednesday, Sept. 4, at 10 p.m. ET on VICE.

In tonight’s premiere, “The Newcomer‚” Tom Cruise steps into the spotlight, taking the lead in Risky Business. But when Paul Brickman is forced to change his ending, will that put an end to Tom’s dreams?
Afterward, the second episode will air. “The Star” details when Tom Cruise entered the danger zone as Tony Scott, pushing the limits of the Navy and his actors to achieve his sun-kissed vision.
