As Kelsea Ballerini works on finishing up her highly anticipated new album, the country star can shift her creative focus to the Spring 2025 season of The Voice. Ballerini will be the newest coach that season, joining John Legend, Michael Bublé, and Adam Levine, who will be making his celebrated comeback to show. “I’m excited because it’s just such a new adventure,” Ballerini said of joining The Voice. “I’ve gotten to be on set in different capacities over the years, but to really assume that role as a coach – it’s really going to stretch me and it’s going to be a new opportunity.”
When asked about the coaches she’s worried about, Ballerini joked, “I feel very strongly I’m going to have to really fight Adam Levine. I know it’s a big deal that he’s coming back, but I feel like we’re going to be frenemies. Just kidding. However, I’ve gotten some pep talks from Blake [Shelton] about how to take him down!” (People)
