Tom Cruise’s massive Colorado estate could now be yours, but beware: Simply crossing from one end of the 320-acre property to the other requires enough adventuring to warrant its own Mission: Impossible movie. According to The Wall Street Journal, the action star has listed his longtime custom-designed home in Telluride for $39.5 million, seven years after he reportedly shopped it around off-market for a whopping $59 million.

Cruise purchased the property about three decades ago and completed construction on the 10,000-square-foot main home in 1994. The house, located at the end of a gated mile-long driveway, holds four bedrooms and is full of rustic charm with its high-beamed ceilings, cedar-paneled walls, and stone fireplaces; even the kitchen is designed in head-to-toe cedar, from the large center island and custom cabinetry to the wood-paneled oversize fridge. There’s also a detached guesthouse nearby that offers three more bedrooms.

Elsewhere on the property are a dirt-bike and snowmobile track, a sizable sports court, and plenty of trails for hiking and ATVs spread throughout the acres upon acres of aspen-filled forests surrounding the house. Though located only a short journey from downtown Telluride, the property has a completely secluded feel, thanks to its being surrounded on three sides by a national forest and situated on a hillside high above the town.

Cruise has reportedly not lived in the house for a while, and that, coupled with the booming Telluride real estate market, has apparently made him finally ready to part ways with his longtime mountain retreat. In contrast, when he quietly took it off the market several years ago, as current listing agent Eric Lavey put it to WSJ, “I’m not sure [Cruise] was ready to sell it yet.”
