Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise’s daughter Suri Cruise was seen showing off her fit figure as she went for a brisk jog in New York City after dropping her famous dad’s last name

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ daughter Suri Cruise showed off her 6-pack-abs in a white crop top and shorts as she went for a run in Central Park this week.

The 18-year-old was seen taking advantage of the beautiful summer day as she went for a jog in the park showing off her impressive gym-honed frame. For the workout, Suri was seen jamming out to her music with a pair of headphones over her ears and her long brunette locks tied back in a ponytail.

Later the same day, she underwent an outfit change as she was later spotted on a family dinner date with her famous mom Katie and grandmother Kathleen A. Stothers-Holmes. During their dinner in Soho, the recent high school grad was seen rocking a chic white sundress alongside her stylish mom who was seen in a flattering nude midi dress and platform shoes.

The mother-daughter sighting comes after Suri dropped her famous dad’s last name earlier this month and changing her legal name to Suri Noelle. According to reports from Hello! Magazine, Suri’s name was simply “Suri Noelle” in the playbill of her school’s production of The Go-Go’s jukebox musical, Head Over Heels. “Noelle” is the middle name of her mother Katie, whom she’s been living with since Katie and Tom’s divorce back in 2012.

Tom and Katie’s split marked the Mission Impossible stars’ third divorce in the public eye after his breakups from actress Nicole Kidman and Mimi Rogers. During his six-year-long marriage with Katie, the former Hollywood couple welcomed their daughter Suri, who Katie got primary legal custody of during their divorce settlement. And while the real reason behind the pairs’ split was never revealed, reports suggested that one of the movies was because she wanted to keep their daughter out of the Church of Scientology.

Since their split, Tom’s lack of involvement in his young daughter’s life has been widely reported. But despite not being emotionally involved in her life, he agreed to pay his ex-wife $400,000 per year until Suri turned 18, which she just recently did this year. Tom also paid off his daughter’s expenses, which included “medical, dental, insurance, education, college and other extracurricular costs.”

Shortly after Suri’s 18th birthday a source told Heat Magazine: “Tom is feeling guilty about missing so much of her life, but insists that he hasn’t completely shut Suri out of his life, and does get updates from time to time.” They added Tom had made the deal to “allow her and her mother to live their own lives because that was what Katie wanted.”
