Michael & Snoop Join The Judges On The Voice
Michael Buble and Snoop Dogg are the latest judges to be added to the Season 26 panel. The duo made their debut in the official sneak peek this week.
Snoop and Buble were initially revealed as the competition show’s latest additions to the judge’s table in May. The Instagram account for The Voice posted a photo of Gwen, Michael, Reba, and Snoop all together. They looked like they were posing for a selfie. The account later deleted the snapshot.

Michael Buble was wearing a leather jacket and collared shirt while holding the phone for the photo. Snoop had on all-grey with a gold chain. Gwen was sporting a high-fashion all-camo outfit and high ponytail. Reba stuck with the overall grey vibe by sparking something sparkly in the same color along with a flashy jacket and black pants.
Neither Michael nor Snoop is new to reality television. Michael Buble was featured on Season 3 of The Voice. He served as an advisor for Blake’s team.
Snoop has also been on The Voice. He was a mega mentor on Season 20.
Fans Are Excited About The New Faces
Fans were initially excited about the choices for the two new judges. “This is the best thing that’s ever been announced if I’m being so honest, Reba and Snoop!?! I’ll never get over this!” one person wrote. Another agreed, “That’s a kick a** line up!” A third person chimed in, “Sign me up!”
“This is going to be fabulous!! Besides loving Gwen and Reba, I do love me some Buble and Snoop Dogg. I can’t wait!!!” a fourth person commented.
Others commented with their intentions of tuning in to the upcoming season. “I’m so excited for this,” another fan of The Voice said.
Snoop Dogg spoke about becoming a judge on The Voice in May. He spoke with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show about the upcoming gig. The rapper is expected to make his debut on the show in September.
“That’s the best move The Voice has ever made,” Jimmy told him on the show. In response, the rapper said, “If you know anything about me is that I love all forms of music.”
He continued, “So, this is a great opportunity for me to show that I really understand music and to be a real coach and to really give direction to some of these artists that could be today’s next big thing.”
Jimmy Fallon confessed, “I’m already investing Team Snoop, I already know for a fact you’re gonna win.”
The Voice Season 26 makes premieres on Monday, September 23.
