THE Voice has crowned its Season 25 winner.
Asher HaVon won the crown – bringing Reba McEntire her first victory as coach on The Voice.
The huge victory came after John Legend’s contestant Bryan Olesen took The Voice’s stage for the second time Monday night and sang Freedom! ’90 by George Michael – and viewers weren’t happy with the performance.
“This guy needs to apologize to George Michael. Damn that was awful,” one critic slammed on X, formerly known as Twitter,
“I would like Freedom… from Bryan’s mangling of a George Michael classic,” another fan wrote.
The Voice returns this fall for Season 26 with a new cast of coaches including Reba, Gwen Stefani, Michael Bublé, and Snoop Dogg.
Season 26 coaches revealed
Reba McEntire, who joined The Voice cast last season following Blake Shelton’s departure, is returning for Season 26.
She’ll be joined by newcomers Snoop Dogg, Michael Bublé, and show veteran Gwen Stefani.
New coach has four kids
Season 26 coach Michael Bublé has a total of four kids with his wife, Luisana Lopilato.
The pair revealed they were expecting their fourth baby when she showed off her baby bump in his 2022 music video.
Never Not Love You’s music video showed Michael being pulled out of a dream sequence by his pregnant wife.
On August 19, 2022, the couple officially welcomed their fourth child, Cielo Yoli Rose Bublé – a baby girl.
Meet new coach Michael Bublé
Born on September 9, 1975, in British Colombia, Canada, Michael Bublé is a famous singer – and he’s joining The Voice as a coach for Season 26.
His first major breakthrough was in 2005 when his album, It’s Time, was released.
Two years later, his album Call Me Irresponsible reached Number One on the Canadian Album Chart, UK Album Chart, US Billboard 200, Australian ARIA Albums Chart, and several European charts.
Reba reflects on being a coach
Reba McEntire recently reflected on her experience as a coach in an interview with Newsweek.
“It’s a well-oiled machine, so getting in at this time is marvelous,” Reba said about the new Season 26 coaches.
“Everybody knows the game plan, from the crew, the producers. Everybody on the show is so nice, so sweet and have been so helpful. I’m loving it.”
She added, “I learn from [my fellow Coaches]. Every day that we’re working on The Voice, I’m learning more from them how to let ’em down easy if they don’t get picked up, coach ’em, and if you can give them any advice whatsoever.
‘Like if none of the Coaches turn around, they’re going home immediately.
“And so it’s good just to say, ‘If you want to come back again, try it again next season, maybe a song that suits you, one that you’re really comfortable with and that really shows your talent,’ give them advice and encourage them to come back.”
Asher HaVon left ‘speechless’
