Adolescence Season 2 surprises await the audience, and the first reveal has the entire online community excited

Owen Cooper as Jamie in Adolescence

Netflix recently released a new crime thriller series called Adolescence, but before diving into the highly-rated show, audiences should first check out the actors involved. Adolescence tells the story of Jamie Miller, a 13-year-old boy who is arrested for the murder of his classmate. Told over the course of four episodes in just a single shot, the series is fast-paced and heartwrenching. Although the show only just premiered on March 13, 2025, it has already garnered a 100% critics score on Rotten Tomatoes. Thus, it is a project to keep an eye out for.

The cast and crew of Adolescence is made up of various notable British stars. For example, Stephen Graham not only stars in the series as Jamie’s father, but also co-created the show alongside Jack Thorne. British actor and rapper, Ashley Walters, also plays a significant role as DI Luke Bascombe. Then again, Adolescence also showcases some fresh young actors to fall in love with. Overall, a major part of Adolescence’s initial success is its performances, and the following actors are at the center of that.
