Ben Shephard shared some snaps of his rarely-seen sons live on This Morning on Monday after his lavish family skiing holiday.
It comes after Alison Hammond, 50, and Dermot O’Leary, 51, stepped in to present the ITV show while the 50-year-old and Cat Deeley, 48, enjoyed some well-earned time off.
On Monday the dynamic duo returned to the This Morning studio and told viewers what they had got up to last week.
Ben, wife Annie and sons Sam, 19, and Jack, 18, posed for some pictures together while on the slopes.
Sharing a clip on the programme, Ben told Cat: ‘My two ski now, this is me trying to film them.
‘I am doing everything I possibly can to get anywhere near them. That’s Jack.’

Cat was very impressed with their skills and chimed in: ‘Someone was desperate for some milk tray! Weren’t they?
‘Like desperate for some chocolate.’
Ben carried on saying: ‘Sam is just ahead of him.
‘It is brilliant. It was such a lovely few days in the mountains.
‘It’s nice to be warm! And Annie came as well.
‘Lots of people ask… Annie was there as well.
‘She’s not as into the skiing as me and the boys are, but we had a really good laugh!’
