This Morning’s Gino D’Acampo showed off his dashing new moustache on Wednesday – with fans left in shock by the dramatic transformation.
The Italian chef, 47, returned to the ITV daytime show to present an impressive pizza-making segment.
But it wasn’t his foodie knowledge that caught attention – instead his bold new facial hair.
The star has always sported a light covering but has now grown a very noticeable moustache.
He was seen showing hosts Dermot O’Leary and Josie Gibson how to make their own pizza dough and create the cheesy and tomato toppings.

Viewers were quick to notice the dramatic transformation as one penned: ‘Gino does not suit that tash’, while another said: ‘Gino is looking like Freddy Mercury with that thing on his lip.’
Ahead of the segment as the chef made a move towards the door leading him out of the studio, Josie and Dermot couldn’t help but question him on his new appearance.
Before walking out to prepare for his masterclass, Gino admitted he’d been growing the moustache for ‘a movie’.
He said: ‘Let me explain to everybody. I am working on a movie at the moment, it’s a movie based on the 70s.
‘It’s a serious American movie, big director and unfortunately my part requires me from time to time to look like this. Slick hair and a moustache, I’m really sorry!’
It comes after last week it was reported that Gino is set to resume filming for his new travel show, after it came to abrupt halt six months ago due to a ‘horror crash’.
Emissions Impossible was going to be hosted by Gino and his good friend Fred Sirieix, however the show was stopped after a shock toboggan accident with ‘blood everywhere’.
The chef had been in Vienna with the French maître d’hôtel, 52, for the new travel show as they visit some of Europe’s most stunning locations when the accident occurred, leaving Gino furious.

However ITV seem to have smoothed things over with the Italian chef and they are going back to the Alps next month to resume filming, The Sun have revealed.
A TV insider told the publication: ‘It’s quite unusual for a show to be shelved quite so spectacularly, only to be brought back months later.
‘Usually they end up getting written off completely. But ITV clearly felt like this was worth going the extra mile for. Emissions Impossible was all about being greener when travelling.
‘Ironically, by the time they’ve finished filming, all the presenters, producers and crew will have flown from Britain into Europe — and back again — twice.’
MailOnline have contacted Gino and ITV’s representatives for comment.
The incident took place back in October, and saw Gino attempt to go down a ‘200ft slide on a toboggan, clutching a cocktail glass,’ as the chef latest described it as ‘the worst shoot of my life.’
Gino was reportedly filming a piece to camera when a mother and her two children came down the hill at 30mph and crashed.
An ambulance was called for the children while Gino was treated onsite with the broadcaster offering counselling and support to those involved.
Both presenters had flagged safety concerns ahead of filming, with the presenter left ‘livid’ after also getting ill the next day after working ’14-hour days in freezing conditions.’
A representatives from ITV told MailOnline in October: ‘Contrary to reports the shoot for Emission Impossible, which was produced for ITV by an independent production company, was postponed owing to illness.
‘We have robust and comprehensive policies which we implement contractually with our suppliers and partners.

‘The independent production companies who make shows for us have primary responsibility for the duty of care of everyone they work with, both on and off screen.
‘This includes establishing appropriate health and safety arrangements. We are speaking with Betty TV, the production company who make Emission Impossible to clarify their position.’
The six-part series was also due to go around the Croatian islands as the pair attempted to go green.
It sees them eat, sleep and travel as sustainably as they can while seeking out some of Europe’s most stunning locations.
