Set to feature eight episodes in total, Run Away looks like the perfect way to soak up the New Year’s blues with an indulgent binge-watch on January 1. The series will bring more of the indulgent, twisting, and turning that fans of Coben’s novels and series will already be used to. However, it seems that, more than before, this series will be focused on the intricate dynamics of a modern family. Speaking previously about the series, Coben teased, “Run Away is about family — about what we will do to keep our family intact, what secrets we keep within our family, and what secrets we keep as a family. Every time you walk past the house, there’s a whole universe that goes on behind that door and none of us have a clue what it is.”

Run Away releases on January 1, 2026. Stay tuned to Collider for more updates.
