The Canadian drama series Heartland will be returning soon for its nineteenth season on CBC. Heartland, which has the distinction of being the longest running one-hour scripted drama in Canadian television history, will stream in the United States on UP Faith & Family a few months after the show airs in Canada. So when will the Heartland Season 19 release date arrive?
The Heartland Season 19 release date is October 5 on CBC and CBC Gem. In Canada, viewers can either watch the season premiere live or stream it through the CBC Gem app. Currently, it is unknown exactly when the new season of Heartland will be available to stream in the U.S. However, it is likely that it will take a few months for the Heartland Season 19 episodes to be made available to watch in the U.S., and they likely won’t arrive until 2026. In the meantime, there are plenty of other upcoming TV release dates to keep Americans occupied this fall. Currently, there is no official trailer available for Heartland Season 19.
Heartland is based on the series of novels by Lauren Brooke, which began in 2001 with the first book, Coming Home. Currently, there are twenty novels in the series. While the novels are set on a horse farm in Virginia, the show is set on the Fleming family ranch in Alberta. It follows the exploits of Amy Fleming (Amber Marshall) and her older sister, Samantha Louise “Lou” Fleming Morris (Michelle Morgan). They live on the family ranch with their widowed grandfather, Jack Bartlett (Shaun Johnston). Heartland Season 19 will be comprised of ten episodes.
