Sky Daily, the 49-year-old third wife of the late wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, is set to inherit nearly a third of his estate, potentially igniting a legal battle with his ex-wives and estranged daughter.

Hogan, who married Dail in September 2023, died of a stroke at his Florida home on July 24. Under state law, a surviving spouse is entitled to at least 30% of the deceased’s estate. That guarantees Sky a minimum of US$7.5 million, regardless of Hogan’s will, The Sun reported.
Linda Claridge, the wrestler’s first wife, had received around 70% of his assets, including real estate, cash and vehicles in their 2009 divorce. At the time, it was one of the most expensive splits in the history of U.S. entertainment. Legal experts say Linda could still raise claims if it is determined that the asset division was incomplete.
Relations between Sky and the rest of the Hogan family are reportedly tense. Sources say Sky quickly moved to secure control of Hogan’s assets just hours after his death, sparking speculation she had taken legal steps to protect her inheritance.
Hogan’s daughter, singer Brooke Hogan, has reportedly been estranged from her father for years. The two were not in contact and Hogan never met her twin children, Oliver and Molly, who were born in 2025. Even if she is excluded from the will, Florida law allows Brooke to challenge it in court.
In contrast, Hogan’s son Nick appears to have maintained a closer relationship with his father and is expected to inherit much of the remaining estate, if there are no legal disputes.
Widely regarded as an icon and the most famous figure in professional wrestling history, Hogan was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2005 and gained more fame with the reality show Hogan Knows Best.
Before his death, Hogan reportedly established personal trusts to distribute his wealth and minimize litigation. Trusts are commonly used to keep assets out of court and shield them from creditors and unwanted claims.
However, any assets not placed in trust or those that are challenged could still be subject to legal review.
According to Celebrity Net Worth, Hogan’s estate is valued at approximately $25 million. His portfolio includes an $11.5 million mansion in Clearwater, Florida; multiple Hogan’s Beach Shop memorabilia stores; a Hogan’s Hangout restaurant and the Real American Beer brand, launched in 2024. He also appeared in several films alongside his wrestling career.
Hogan married model Claridge in 1983, his longest and most high-profile relationship. They have two children: Brooke (born 1988) and Nick (born 1990). The marriage ended in 2007 amid allegations of Hogan’s infidelity.
In 2010, he wed Jennifer McDaniel, nearly 20 years his junior. Their private marriage lasted 11 years until their quiet divorce in 2021.
Hogan began dating yoga instructor Daily in 2022 and married her in a small private ceremony in Florida. They had no children together.
