Lisa Armstrong has “made a vow” following her recent break-up and traumatic divorce from Ant McPartlin.
The 48-year-old split from her electrician boyfriend James Green in August 2023. Meanwhile, her former husband Ant and new partner Anne-Marie welcomed their baby Wilder in May this year.
And, after the challenging couple of years, Lisa apparently has no need for any other men in her life. A source told Heat Magazine that Lisa, 48, is determined to work on herself before getting involve with anyone else.
The insider revealed: “She’s told her mates that she wants to get herself sorted, and try and put a spring back in her step. Initially, she thought that, after her traumatic divorce, finding a new romance would heal everything. But after splitting with James, she found herself back at square one.”

Lisa posted an inspirational quote to her Instagram page that was clearly meant to send a message about her current state of mind, it read: “You spent 2024 in survival mode. 2025 is your time to rise, rebuild, and thrive.”
She is reportedly immersing herself in in self-help books and podcasts in an effort to help herself “move on” and grow as a person. She has reportedly vowed to make some realistic resolutions that focus on putting herself first.

“She wants to find her zen and bounce back feeling stronger than ever,” the insider said. Another source close to Lisa told OK! Magazine: “Lisa knows Ant is ready to move on with the next chapter of his life – she doesn’t want to be angry any more.”
It comes as Ant is set to return to our TV screens tonight, for his quiz show Limitless with Declan Donnelly on Channel 4.
