My Life with the Walter Boys season 2 trailer has dropped. The hit Netflix coming-of-age romance drama series sees teenage orphan Jackie Howard (Nikki Rodriguez), a Manhattanite who relocates to Silver Falls, in rural Colorado, after she is taken in by the Walter family, who have seven sons and one daughter.

Now, with just a few weeks remaining until its return, Netflix has released the full trailer for My Life With the Walter Boys season 2, which sees Jackie back from Manhattan, again struggling to adapt to life back in Silver Falls, and once again embroiled in a love triangle with Cole and Alex Walter. What This Means For My Life With The Walter Boys Season 2

The trailer reveals more teen drama, and it seems Jackie is struggling with her identity, trying to find out more about who she is. She’s still torn between her old life in New York and her adopted life in Colorado, and it seems her return to Manhattan at the end of My Life With the Walter Boys season 1 has complicated things.

In addition to her general identity issues, it’s also clear that Jackie’s love triangle between Cole and Alex is getting more heated in season 2. The trailer not only reveals a new character getting closer with Ashby Gentry’s Alex, creating a sense of jealousy for Jackie, but also struggling with her decision to kiss Cole in the season 1 finale.

My Life With the Walter Boys season 2 is set to take the story to new places, and the fact that there is only one novel to adapt from suggests there will be original storytelling and plot points that will be explored in the upcoming season, which means characters could be taken in unexpected directions.

Our Take On My Life With The Walter Boys Season 2

The first season of My Life With the Walter Boys performed well on Netflix, and My Life With the Walter Boys has a confirmed future beyond season 2, with the show being renewed for season 3 ahead of its sophomore season’s premiere. It will be interesting to see the direction the show will take for the next two seasons.
