Running Point is about to dominate the court of TV comedies.

After the success of The Mindy Project, Never Have I Ever, The Sex Lives of College Girls, and many more, Mindy Kaling‘s newest brainchild is Running Point.

Kate Hudson

Kate Hudson, who stars as Isla Gordon, and Danny Fujikawa were friends long before they started dating. After 15 years, they finally got together. From 2017 on, they have been inseparable. Going through all the motions together, the beautiful couple became parents a year later to their daughter, Rani Rose.

In 2021, Fujikawa kicked it up a notch and went down on one knee. They have not gotten married yet, but Hudson said in 2024 that it would be “soon.” Fujikawa is also a doting stepfather to Hudson’s other kids, Ryder and Bingham.

Jay Ellis

Meeting at a bar in Los Angeles in 2015, actor Jay Ellis and model Nina Senicar hit it off right away. Seven years later, in 2022, they made things official and said “I do” in Italy.

Yes, that was indeed the same year that Top Gun: Maverick was released. Talk about an amazing year!

Not only has his career flourished since then but his marriage to Sinecar has as well. Often appearing on red carpets together, they really are a sight to be seen! They are the happy parents to two kids, Nora Grace, 3, and Noa Gray, seven months. Ellis stars as Jay Brown in Running Point.

Brenda Song

Kevin McCallister (Macaulay Culkin) and London Tipton (Brenda Song) becoming an item is something no one saw coming. They’ve quickly become one of Hollywood’s most beloved pairs.

The child actors met each other at their mutual friend, Seth Green‘s house in 2014 but didn’t get together until 2017. Things only started to progress from that point forward, and now Song and Culkin are parents of two adorable children.

Talking about welcoming their first kid to The Cut and the impact that had on her relationship with Culkin, Song said, “I think when you and your partner have kids, especially the first few months, you don’t have the patience to be polite with each other.” She continued, “Being communicative when you need help is so important. Instead of having set duties, we just feel each other out. I’ll be putting my son down and my partner is like, ‘Let me feed the animals and get dinner ready.”

They got engaged in 2022 and have since thought about eloping, but in January 2025, Song told Cosmopolitan, “I was like, ‘If we eloped, my mom would have a heart attack that she wasn’t going to be there.’” Song stars as Ali Lee in Running Point.

Justin Theroux is getting married again! The actor, who plays Cam Gordon in Running Point, proposed to his girlfriend, Nicole Brydon Bloom, in August 2024, and she happily accepted.

Even though they’re private about their relationship, the couple has attended some events together. Theroux, who was previously married to Jennifer Aniston, mentioned that he never wanted a romance that public again. His soon-to-be wife is also an actor.

Happily to announce that he’s taken, Roberto Sanchez is not one to keep his relationship hidden. The actor, who plays Stephen Ramirez, often shares photos with his wife, Lenee Adkins, on his Instagram. However, not many details are public about how they met. On June 21, 2024, Sanchez did divulge that it is their anniversary.

He shared a video of their happy moments and said, “Thank you for making each year together better than the last. Happy Anniversary mi amor! #anniversary #mybetterhalf.”

Max Greenfield

Max Greenfield, who plays Lev, might have been an F-boy turned certified lover boy in New Girl, but in real life, he has been a happily married man for over 15 years.

Tying the knot to casting director Tess Sanchez in 2008, they know how to make a long-lasting relationship work. In the years of their union, they have welcomed two kids, Lilly, 15, and Ozzie, 9.

Speaking with Parents, the couple revealed their secrets. Sanchez expressed, “Max always puts me first — smartly — which makes for a happy home.” She continued, “And because we’re thoughtful with each other, we’ve ended up with empathetic, nice kids, because that’s what they see all day.”

Greenfield explained, “We communicate well too. You’re better at voicing things, but I’m a great listener. If we haven’t spent enough time together, you’ll say, “I need to see you,” and I’m there!” Greenfield and Sanchez prove that they aren’t just great parents but also partners. This makes sense as they admitted to leading everything with “kindness.”

Unlike his older brother, Chris Evans, Scott Evans’ (Running Point’s Charlie) personal life is not as well-documented. However, the actor does appear to be in a loving relationship. Posting quite a few snapshots of him and his partner, Steve, the two seem to be going strong.

On Valentine’s Day 2023, Evans posted an homage to Steve. He captioned the collage, “It’s Valentine’s Day. Which I’m using as a perfect excuse to share my feelings about Steve. But the fact remains- I love this guy as much today as I do every other day of the year. He’s the reason this is the first time I’ve made it 3 consecutive years with the same Valentine. 😳😋 Thank you for sticking with me even though, at times, I can be…. difficult.👀😘 I love you the most!”

Steve has also shared a lot of photos of the two together. They haven’t posted as much since 2023, but with all the images still on their social media pages, it is to be presumed that their still an item.
