Two New AMC Shows Are Heading Heading to Netflix in October 2025: NOS4A2 and Parish
Two of AMC’s modern hits are heading to Netflix in the United States this October! We’ve learned that Parish, headlined by Giancarlo Esposito and NOS4A2 with Zachary Quinto, is part of the October 2025 schedule in the US.
The shows come to Netflix as part of an extended and expanded pact between Netflix and AMC in the United States. It first kicked off in August 2024 with over a dozen of their shows licensed to Netflix for a single-year period. While most of the initial shows added were removed in August 2025, some have remained and had their dates on Netflix extended.
In September, we received official word that AMC would be extending and expanding its licensing pact with Netflix, with fresh new titles set to join Netflix for a limited period in addition to updates to other series already streaming.
As with all other AMC additions, their inclusion on Netflix only applies to the United States, and this does not affect their availability on AMC+.
So what are these two new shows getting added? Let’s dig into each of them:
Arriving Oct. 24
Parish (Season 1)

Parish is a crime drama miniseries that aired on AMC in 2024, adapted from the BBC One series The Driver. It follows Gray Parish, a respectable New Orleans family man and chauffeur whose life unravels after a tragedy. Desperate for money, he returns to his criminal past and becomes entangled with a violent Zimbabwean crime syndicate, forcing him into a high-stakes world of danger and moral compromise.
The series stars Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, The Mandalorian) as Gray Parish, Zackary Momoh (Seven Seconds) as The Horse, Paula Malcomson (Ray Donovan) as Ros, Skeet Ulrich (Riverdale) as Colin, Ivan Mbakop (Swagger) as Zenzo, Bonnie Mbuli (Noughts + Crosses) as Shamiso, and Bradley Whitford (The West Wing, The Handmaid’s Tale) as Anton. Across six episodes, the show charts Gray’s descent back into crime as his efforts to protect his family collide with loyalty, violence, and betrayal.
Parish earned strong notices for Esposito’s lead performance and its gritty New Orleans setting, though some critics found the story familiar compared to other prestige crime dramas. As of now, the series has not been renewed for a second season. In the United States, it has been available on AMC and AMC+, while international availability varies depending on local rights deals.
Arriving Oct. 29
NOS4A2 (Seasons 1-2)

Based on Joe Hill’s 2013 novel, NOS4A2 is a supernatural horror series that ran for two seasons on AMC between 2019 and 2020. The title is a variation of the spelling of Nosferatu, fitting for a story about an immortal who feeds on children’s souls.
The show follows Vic McQueen, a young artist who discovers she has a supernatural gift to find lost things, putting her on a collision course with the sinister Charlie Manx, a creature who traps his victims in the nightmarish Christmasland.
The series features Ashleigh Cummings (Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries) as Vic McQueen, Zachary Quinto (Star Trek, American Horror Story) as Charlie Manx, Ólafur Darri Ólafsson (Trapped) as Bing Partridge, Ebon Moss-Bachrach (The Bear, Andor) as Chris McQueen, Virginia Kull (Big Little Lies) as Linda McQueen, and Jahkara Smith (Into the Dark) as Maggie Leigh.
NOS4A2 received mixed reviews, with praise for Quinto’s chilling performance and its unsettling world, though some criticized its pacing. While the series was sadly canceled after its second season, it remains a chilling watch for fans of gothic horror and Stephen King-style storytelling.
