Over the weekend, Taylor Swift maintained her habit of tipping stadium workers $100 notes.
On Sunday, Swift’s “Love Story” singer had a lovely encounter with a ticket taker at Highmark Stadium. The taker was seeing Swift’s lover Travis Kelce lead the Kansas City Chiefs to a win against the Buffalo Bills.
A real sweetheart, she is. On Monday night, Jerris Rainey described herself as “very down to earth” when speaking with 7 News Buffalo.
“I simply desired to meet her, and she, you know, halted, and she inquired if I was employed at the stadium,” she remembered.
After I confirmed, she inquired whether she might leave me a gratuity. I was asked if I would want to take a photo with her after she handed me $100, and I happily answered yes.
As Swift got near to Rainey’s face for the picture, Rainey’s expression turned from scowl to grin.
Since beginning a relationship with the NFL player last summer, the “Cruel Summer” singer has been known to leave enormous tips for stadium workers. Last month, Swift was seen giving a kitchen staff member a stack of big bucks following her trip to Gillette Stadium to watch 34-year-old Kelce play.
Those who delivered refreshments to her VIP room thought she was tipping them.
The Chiefs’ win, which brought them one step closer to the Super Bowl, and her most recent act of charity followed.
She wore a red beanie and a varsity jacket by Gant Blank Canvas Project x Kilo Kish Bouclé, which cost $1,800. She was watching the game with Travis’ brother Jason Kelce, who celebrated a score by ripping off his shirt.
