Alfred Gough & Miles Millar’s Into The Badlands Is Now On Netflix – What The Show Is About
Into the Badlands is a futuristic action series in a post-apocalyptic America
Into the Badlands originally aired on AMC and is now available to stream on Netflix. The epic action series spanned 32 episodes across three seasons before the series ended in 2019. Into the Badlands takes place 500 years into the future in a post-apocalyptic America that is controlled by feudal lords. The series follows a warrior named Regent Sunny, played by Daniel Wu, who is regarded as one of the most dangerous “Head Clippers”, which are a group of lethal fighters who fight for a feudal lord named Baron Quinn.
Sunny comes across a young boy with mysterious powers known as M.K., played by Aramis Knight. Sunny tries to bring him in to train him as a Clipper but soon discovers that his strange powers are somehow connected to a dark secret about his past. Sunny becomes inspired to discover more about his own origin story and must venture beyond the Badlands to find out the truth. He must also help his lover Veil who is illegally pregnant with his child.

Into The Badlands’ Reviews Trend Is Great News For Wednesday Season 2
The latter seasons of Into the Badlands were more critically acclaimed than the first season
Into the Badlands seasons 2 & 3 had far better reviews than season 1, which earned a Rotten Tomatoes score of just 64% compared to the 100% and 89% scores of his later seasons, respectively. This suggests that Gough & Millar are adept at adjusting their shows to address complaints and previous shortcomings. Based on this track record, Wednesday season 2 could be even better than season 1, which has plenty of room for improvement after receiving a Rotten Tomatoes score of 73%. Especially with the increased star power of Ortega, Myers, and the series creators, Wednesday season 2 is poised to be their best season yet.
