‘This season of True Detective is basic. There’s an over reliance on CGI in post processing; lighting, monitors, backgrounds but I’m still enjoying it…’
The release of season four was delayed into 2024 following Hollywood’s actors and writer’s strikes.
Both the Writers Guild of America (WGA) and Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) had rules forbidding any of their members from promoting their upcoming movies and/or TV shows that are being made by a struck company represented by the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP).
