It seems like in the recent days, actors in Hollywood have been spotted with completely different looks. Jason Bateman was looking unrecognizable at a Rangers game. On the flip side, Keanu Reeves was spotted with his band, Dogstar, and was also looking very different compared to his character, John Wick.
In the following, we’re going to take a closer look at Keanu’s changing appearance, and what the fans had to say. In addition, we’ll reveal what the future holds for Keanu, and his involvement with Dogstar.
It seems like the month of June won’t be dedicated to Hollywood and instead, Keanu is going off on the road with his band.
Keanu Reeves Was Spotted In LA With Dogstar During A Lunch Concert
At the age of 59, Keanu Reeves is still showing no signs of slowing down. Reeves had a busy weekend. On Saturday, Keanu and girlfriend Alexandra Grant were enjoying a date night at the Hammer Museum Gala in L.A. At the event, Keanu was looking ten years younger, with a new haircut and clean cut look. According to People, the event featured some of the biggest names in Hollywood.
People wrote, “Other stars who attended the event included Jane Fonda, Jodie Foster and her wife Alexandra Hedison, Will Ferrell, Steven Spielberg and his wife Kate Capshaw.”
Just a day later, Keanu Reeves was once again spotted. This time he was performing at a lunch event alongside his band, Dogstar.
Another tweet showed footage of Keanu playing, and the person admitted she didn’t even know the star actor was scheduled to play at the event.
It seems like this is becoming the norm for Keanu who is set to go on tour with Dogstar. Last year, during an interview with Variety, the group confirmed they weren’t just reuniting for a one-time tour, but had an interest in releasing new music.
Keanu Reeves And Dogstar Revealed They Didn’t Return For A Short-Term Run
It would appear as though Keanu Reeves won’t be doing any acting for the month of June, as Dogstar has a loaded tour coming up. Among their pit stops in June include, Spain, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Serbia, Italy and so many other venues.
via instarSpeaking alongside Variety less than a year ago, the group discussed their new sound after a 23-year absence. In addition, they made it clear that the return was not a short-term run.
“Yeah, we’re just stepping back into the shallow end, and seeing what the world has for us. We’re just taking it nice and slow, and so far so good,” Bret Demrose tells Variety.
Reeves admitted he was excited to go back on the road, even if some of the cities they were playing in didn’t have airports. He said, “We’ve always loved playing on the road.”
Domrose concluded that things are very different this time around. “I think we’re 20 years older, and a lot of life has been lived since the last time we made a record, and it was a nice surprise to see that this is what came out of us. You know, it turns out we’re not as depressed as we used to be. Not every song is summery and happy, but… I hate to say it, but it’s fun.”
Fans are clearly having a blast with the group as Keanu continues to age in reverse, even with the projects he’s taking on.
