As Marvel Studios films their upcoming live-action Fantastic Four film, Marvel Comics is busy destroying the company’s brand by depicting Johnny Storm aka The Human Torch in a sexual relationship with a demonic looking alien bug creature.

In the newly released Fantastic Four #25 written by Ryan North with art by Carlos Gomez, and colors by Jesus Aburtov, the Fantastic Four are transported to an alien world where they encounter a demonic looking alien bug species. One of the bugs, named Angelic of the Shore, is assigned as a liaison to the Fantastic Four and more specifically to Johnny Storm.

The two apparently fall for each other while Sue Storm compares and contrasts the anatomy of humans to the demonic bug like creatures. The alien observes, “But as Johnny of the Storm looks at me–in awe, in excitement, in what I’m already recognizing as wonder written all over his face–I feel glad that I was the one chosen to be his liaison. I realize… …I like this attention.”

From there, the two discuss the moon while laying on the top of a roof. Eventually, Angelica of the Shore asks Storm if she can kiss him. Storm responds, “I mean–I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t thinking of asking you the same thing, but, uh… How do you…? I mean, how do we…?”

The comic depicts Storm over top of the alien. In the next panel, the camera is just looking at a ball of light that Storm created hovering over top of them with the alien exclaiming, “Oh, Johnny…!”

Later in the issue, Reed Richards explains that Storm and the alien must sever their relationship permanently in order to save Earth and the alien world. Upon hearing this, the alien informs Storm, “For weeks–for months–we got our happily ever after. We got to live it, Johnny, our impossible love. Don’t you see? We did it. We get to remember that for the rest of our lives. Most people’s love, most people’s relationships–they can only save them.”

The alien adds, “But ours– –ours is going to save everyone.”

This appears to be another piece of evidence that Marvel will go its grave embracing degeneracy. In fact, it’s not out of the realm of possibility that this comic will get some kind of live-action adaptation in the future if Marvel continues the course it has set itself on.

Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige made it clear while promoting Eternals that that film was pushed to the top of the company’s production schedule because it pushed woke ideology.

Variety’s Kate Arthur asked Feige, “Eternals expands the MCU in terms of representation, with its large international cast, its first LGBTQ superhero — I know some of those things are baked into the Eternals, but how many of those expansive ideas came from Chloé?”

Feige responded, “Well, the notion of switching up the genders, sexualities and ethnicities of the characters from the comics, was baked in initially — that was part of what Nate Moore was really advocating for in moving “Eternals” to the top of the list for us to start working on. What exactly the makeup was between when Nate put together his internal discussion document, which is how we always start on all of our projects, and what she came in and did, I don’t recall exactly.”
