Agatha All Along recently premiered its first two episodes, unveiling several intriguing mysteries. One of the biggest is the question of Teen’s parentage.

The most prominent theory suggests that Teen is Billy Kaplan, also known as Billy Maximoff or Wiccan from the comics—Wanda’s reincarnated son.

The second theory is less likely but intriguing, particularly regarding Teen’s interactions with other MCU characters. According to this theory, Teen is actually Nicholas Scratch, Agatha’s long-lost son, whose room she visits in the first episode of Agatha All Along.

It’s unclear what happened to Nicholas Scratch, but a popular theory suggests that Agatha sacrificed him to obtain the Darkhold.

If Teen is indeed Nicholas Scratch, he could serve as a gateway for Dormammu in the MCU and potentially become a villain for the Fantastic Four.

Nicholas Scratch, the son of Agatha Harkness, was part of the secretive New Salem community of magic users. Agatha left this community to live among ordinary people and became a nanny to Franklin Richards, son of Reed and Sue Richards from the Fantastic Four.

As the leader of New Salem, Scratch convinced the community that Agatha had betrayed them, leading to her abduction for trial and execution. In the process, they also captured Franklin, prompting the Fantastic Four to intervene. During Agatha’s trial, the Four revealed they were unaware of New Salem until Scratch’s actions exposed it. Enraged, Scratch attacked and was ultimately banished to the Dark Realm.

Later, when Agatha returned with the Fantastic Four for a festival, they encountered the Salem’s Seven, who defeated them and placed Agatha and the residents of New Salem into a trance. The Salem’s Seven used the comatose bodies of the Fantastic Four to bring Nicholas back. Agatha managed to strip the Salem’s Seven of their powers and imprison Nicholas.

Nicholas then escaped into the Negative Zone, returning to Earth to possess Franklin. Although Gabriel the Devil Hunter contained him, he eventually broke free. However, through combined efforts, they stopped him, restored the Dark Realm, and resulted in Agatha stripping Nicholas of his magic and denouncing him as her son.

While it’s unlikely the MCU will directly adapt this comic story, retaining his villainous ties to the Fantastic Four would be fascinating, especially with the team’s debut in the MCU next year.
