Ant McPartlin’s ex-wife Lisa Armstrong has slashed the sale price of their former marital home, a lavish five-bedroom mansion.
The pair had been together for two decades and were married for 10 years before they separated in January 2018.
Since then, Ant, 48, has tied the knot with his previous PA, Anne-Marie Corbett, in 2019 – the couple now have a baby on the way.
Meanwhile, the TV star has purchased a new abode near her old marital home and has added a swimming pool and gym to her new £5 million property, reports the Mirror.
However, her old residence in Grove Park Gardens, which was part of the divorce settlement, suffered significant damage due to a fire last year.

A source speaking to The Sun said: “There are obviously lots of memories attached to the house.
“Lisa has long since moved on but this is essentially the last connection she has from her marriage to Ant.”
Adding more, the source stated: “She rented the former marital home out, but after last year’s fire gutted a back bedroom she doesn’t want the hassle anymore.”
The blaze broke out at the West London property that Lisa had shared with Ant in September of last year while it was being rented out.
Following the horrific event, she took to social media and shared a profound quote saying: “Once the heart gets too heavy with pain, people don’t cry. They just turn silent. Completely silent.”

The London Fire Brigade were called to a blaze at a house in Grove Park Gardens, Chiswick on September 11, 2023.
Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters attended the scene and managed to put out the blaze.
At the time of the fire, only the nanny and the cleaner were inside the property. The fire is believed to have been electrical in origin.
In other news, Lisa is reportedly planning to move to the US in order to pursue a career in Hollywood.
She is said to be hoping that this will help her to move on from her recent relationship breakdown and divorce.
A source close to Lisa told Closer magazine in November that she has been through a “really rough time” recently and had “been in a dark place”.
They said: “She’s been planning a trip out to LA to see her pal Craig Young.”
“She loves it every time she goes there and really needs that boost right now. And it could lead to something more permanent – she’s debated moving there before, and now with her recent split she’s seriously considering it.”
