‘YOU LYED ABOUT YOUR ABILITIES’ – Audience roars at Meghan’s hesitation in Spanish speech – Harry ‘hangs his head down’

Meghan Markle’s old CV, before her marriage to Prince Harry, listed some notable “special skills,” including proficiency in French, ballet, jazz, tap dancing, and, notably, fluency in Spanish.

Nancy Sidley from The Sidley Twins raised a great point: If Meghan is truly fluent in Spanish, why would she need a translator? Sidley also highlighted how Meghan seemed to nod in agreement despite a noticeable delay in her earpiece, unlike Harry, who waited for the translation before responding.

Royal News Network also chimed in, suggesting that Meghan’s claims of Spanish fluency might be exaggerated. While using a translator isn’t inherently a problem, it does raise questions if you’ve previously claimed fluency in the language.

Twitter user @sage1_141 also took Meghan to task, pointing out that her fluency claims seem inconsistent. They noted that Meghan had previously been in a Spanish-speaking country where English was more common and questioned her French fluency as well.

So, the big question remains: If Meghan is truly fluent in Spanish, why would she need a translator in Colombia? It’s a puzzling situation, and the contradiction between her CV and her current actions is hard to ignore.
