Seth Rogen revealed that during his first meeting with Beyoncé, he was shoved by her security team, not only hurting him but also ruining his drink.
Beyoncé has reached the highest possible ranks that an artist can. Having been singing for decades at this point, she has become integrated into the very fabric of popular culture. While there is no denying that this has opened many doors for her, such exposure can also be dangerous at times.

Being as successful as she is, it is only inevitable that her following can go from beloved to a threat. Be it obsessive fans or passionate haters, someone as popular as she has to have a very good security team to maintain their safety.
However, what happens when things are taken a little too far and another famous person is physically pushed just for approaching her?
Seth Rogen Wanted to Meet Beyoncé
In a section from his 2021 memoir, Yearbook, Seth Rogen detailed several important moments in his professional life. Being one of the most successful people in comedy and being involved in projects like Superbad, The Boys, and The Fablemans, it is safe to say that the work was interesting.

However, what no one expected was for the book to detail a moment in his life where he was assaulted by Beyoncé’s bodyguards. The singer has gained a separate reputation in Hollywood for her security team, with them being extremely unforgiving about those who wish to meet her, regardless of who they are.
In his book, Rogen revealed that while attending the Grammys, he desperately wanted to meet the singer and Gwyneth Paltrow. Spotting them and having years of success to back his introduction, he approached the two with a mission. However, Carter’s bodyguards did not like this in the slightest.

Seth Rogen claimed that he must have approached Beyoncé a little too fast, which is not surprising considering how iconic she is. However, it would seem that her bodyguards were not on board with his excitement, and as the comedian described it, he was approached by them just as quickly.
A giant arm SWUNG out like a baseball bat and smacked me across the chest so f**king hard I stumbled back and spilled my screwdriver all over myself.
Rogen revealed that before he could even finish his introduction, he was swung on his chest with incredible force. So much so that he ended up swinging back and dropping his drink all over himself. Further, he was not able to explain himself and finish his introduction.

What made the entire matter worse was that soon afterward, Rogen had to go on stage to present an award without getting to talk to the singer and with his drink staining his clothing. It is safe to assume that this was a rather bizarre moment in the comedian’s life.
