The troubled performer shared her post just a day after several sources spoke to TMZ and stated that the Toxic singer would benefit from a new conservatorship.
The insiders also claimed that Spears was not taking her prescribed course of medication and that she had been drinking heavily and abusing various drugs in recent months.
The singer has reportedly been suffering from drastic mood swings and often exhibits violent behavior, according to the insiders.
The insiders stated that the singer’s mental health had progressively become worse ever since the end of her conservatorship, which was partially controlled by her father, Jamie Spears and her former business manager Lou M. Taylor.
Spears was involuntarily placed under a conservatorship in February of 2008, although it was initially supposed to be a purely temporary measure.
However, the singer’s arrangement was made permanent in October of that year.
Spears’ father controlled her legal and financial matters until November of 2021, when the conservatorship was officially terminated.
One of the major points of controversy in the conservatorship stemmed from a claim that was made in the documentary Controlling Britney Spears, in which it was alleged that the performer’s bedroom had been secretly bugged.
