Fans Believe that the New 'Agatha All Along' Promo Reveals the True Identity of Aubrey Plaza's Rio Vidal

Agatha All Along, the most recent MCU smash series, is now doing wonderfully, as you are undoubtedly already aware, with both fans and critics appreciating the WandaVision spin-off series.

As you may know, the show went through several title changes prior to settling on its current name, and we have been saying how surprised we are that it kept the present title when the broadcast began. The first two episodes of the series debuted on Disney+ on September 18, 2024. The last seven episodes of the show will air once a week until November 6, when it concludes.

We have been covering the series in detail, and we have mostly talked about the characters from the series, with Aubrey Plaza’s Rio Vidal being one of the biggest enigmas. Fans believe that the character is not actually “Rio Vidal” and that there is a much darker secret hidden there.

The fans have been speculating as to who Rio Vidal could be, with theories ranging from Mephisto to Blackheart, but the fans believe that a recent promo heavily hints at Rio Vidal being an unlikely character who is actually one of the most important supernatural entities in Marvel’s universe. Who is it? Keep reading to find out!

Aubrey Plaza’s character in Agatha All Along is one of the biggest mysteries alongside the Teen, played by Joe Locke. And while we’re more or less certain about the Teen’s identity – thanks to all the hints and the possible trailer slip-up – the true identity of Rio Vidal is still a mystery.

While it could be possible that Rio Vidal is just a character in the series, fans believe that there is more to her and that she is not who the writers want us to believe she is; it also makes sense as Plaza is an A-list name, so it would make sense that she actually has a much bigger role in the series.

The theories are various. Some think that she might be Morgan le Fay, the character inspired by the Arthurian legend; others think that she might be Blackheart, and this is a theory we’ve written about recently; finally, there are those who believe that she could be…

Fans think that this Ouija board scene spelling D-E-A-T-H implies that Rio Vidal is none other than Lady Death, an exceptionally important character from Marvel’s lore, best known for being courted by Thanos, while, at the same time, she is in love with Deadpool. There are other hints that the fans keep citing to confirm this theory:

As you can see, there are several hints that the fans are using to support the theory that Rio Vidal is Lady Death. We don’t know if she is, not yet, at least, and the Ouija board scene might end up having no significance at all in relation to Vidal, but it will definitely be interesting to see how this story evolves, so be sure to keep following us for more information!
