Justin Bieber captured everyone’s hearts with his bright smile when he attended the premiere of his flick, Justin Bieber: Never Say Never, in Los Angeles.

He catapulted to fame after he and his family began posting videos of his performances on YouTube. He signed a contract with Def Jam in 2008 and released his first single, One Time, the following year.

But while the singer is still uber-famous 16 years after catapulting to international superstardom, Bieber has also suffered several scandals on his way to the top. He has also allegedly struggled with his new role as a father.

2012

The What Do You Mean? hitmaker showed off his pop icon look at the 2012 Billboard Awards at MGM Garden Arena. He wore a Pierre Balmain denim jacket, black baggy pants and a white inner T-shirt during the outing.

Bieber dominated a 2013 red carpet event in his matching red blazer and pants. He completed the look with Del Torro cream loafers.

2013 was the same year the singer, then 19, came under fire for saying he hoped Anne Frank would have been a “Belieber” had she not been killed in the Holocaust.

Bieber, during a visit to Frank’s home that April, said: “Truly inspiring to be able to come here. Anne was a great girl. Hopefully she would have been a Belieber.”

Bieber showed off his blonde hair while meeting his fans in Los Angeles, California.

In January 2014, Bieber was charged with driving under the influence in Miami. He later settled the case in August after pleading guilty to careless driving and resisting arrest.

2015

The 30-year-old Baby singer serenaded his fans at the Today Show‘s 2015 Summer Concert Series. He kicked off his performance with his hit song What Do You Mean? before singing Boyfriend and Where Are Ü Now.

2015 was the same year Bieber was found guilty of assault and careless driving by a Canadian judge after he crashed his ATV into a minivan the year prior. It wouldn’t be the first time the singer’s driving landed him in trouble with the law.

Following his gig at the O2, Bieber, who wore his bright yellow Purpose Tour merch, enjoyed dinner at Sushi Samba in London.

Bieber was later accused of allegedly punching a fan in Barcelona that November.

Bieber rocked his buzzcut when he put on a show at The RDS in Dublin, Ireland.

In July 2017 police also said the singer “struck a paparazzo with his truck” while trying to drive away from an event in Beverly Hills.

Video from the incident appeared to show Bieber trying to help the man he allegedly hit. No citations were issued.

Although Bieber appeared cool, calm and collected in the pic, sources close to the superstar worried he was on the verge of a breakdown and has allegedly been struggling with fatherhood.

An insider said: “Justin already has a hard time coping with life in the spotlight, so the worry is the stress of having a child to take care of and protect will be more than he can handle.”
