Selena Gomez has shut down speculation that she’s gone under the knife for cosmetic procedures.

The “Only Murders in the Building” star, 32, was forced to respond to a TikTok video over the weekend that discussed her appearance in recent years.

In the now-deleted clip, content creator Marissa Barrionuevo was asked to share what work Gomez has gotten done over the years.

Barrionuevo, a physician assistant in a plastic surgery office, declined to analyze Gomez’s appearance, citing the former Disney Channel star’s health struggles with lupus as the reason.

In the video, shared originally in 2023, Barrionuevo told her followers that the diagnosis often alters a person’s appearance and shouldn’t be mistaken for cosmetic work.

Still, Gomez took to the comments section to let her frustration with the topic be known.

“Honestly I hate this,” the “Love On” singer wrote. “I was on stripes because of flare up. I have Botox. That’s it. Leave me alone.”

In turn, Barrionuevo pinned Gomez’s comment to the top of a new video, in which she apologizes to the singer for the content in the previous clip.

“I adore you,” she said. “I really do mean the best, so I apologize if this rubbed you the wrong way in any way whatsoever.”

In addition, she captioned the video, “Although I always try to lead with grace and mindfulness, I am sorry this upset you (and I understand why it did). I decided to stop making videos like this last year because of the negative impact it can cause. It was never my intention.”

It seems as though Gomez was quick to forgive, as she wrote, “I love you. Not about you. I just get sad sometimes.”
