🚨 THE MOTIVE NO ONE SAW COMING 🚨
Behind the arrest of Michael David McKee, investigators are now uncovering a disturbing pattern that may stretch back years — quiet resentment, unresolved control, and warning signs friends say were ignored. As police piece together timelines, messages, and behavior from more than 10 years ago, one chilling question is dominating the case: was this outcome slowly building in plain sight? The deeper authorities dig into his past with Monique Tepe, the darker the picture becomes — and sources say what’s emerging could fundamentally change how this case is understood.

Employer of Illinois surgeon accused of killing ex-wife, Ohio dentist husband speaks out over his arrest
The medical group that employed the Illinois surgeon accused of gunning down his ex-wife and her prominent Ohio dentist husband is cooperating with police as the heinous double slaying is investigated.
Michael David McKee, a 39-year-old vascular surgeon, was employed by OSF Saint Anthony in Rockford, Illinois, when he allegedly trekked over 300 miles to Ohio, where he’s accused of killing Spencer and Monique Tepe in their home on Dec. 30, according to police and public records.
“OSF is cooperating with authorities who will provide further information,” a spokesperson for the faith-based Catholic practice said in a statement to The Post Tuesday night.

McKee, who attended medical school at Ohio State University, was arrested Saturday in Rockford on murder charges for fatally shooting Spencer and Monique, who he was married to from 2015 to 2017.
His short-lived two-year marriage to Monique, 39, ended in 2017 when she filed for divorce, but court records indicated the split was amicable.

The two children – a 4-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old son — were found unharmed inside the family’s upscale four-bedroom Columbus home when cops discovered the Tepes’ bodies.
