Fox News host Ainsley Earhardt is officially ready to say “I do” to her longtime partner and fellow Fox host Sean Hannity.
The pair got engaged over the Christmas holiday, and will presumably tie the knot within the coming months. However, before she heads down the aisle, there has been increased scrutiny and speculation about Earhardt’s net worth.
Like her new fiancé, Earhardt has enjoyed a successful career as a reporter and conservative news commentator. She is perhaps best known for being a co-host of the morning show Fox & Friends.
Earhardt joined the Fox News back in 2007, and has served on her post as Fox & Friends co-host specifically since 2016. She also appeared on Hannity’s titular show with her own segment called “Ainsley Across America.”
In addition to her lucrative broadcast journalism career, Earhardt has also found success as an author. She’s penned multiple bestselling books, including her memoir The Light Within Me and three children books. Both her on-screen and off-screen careers have contributed to her sizable net worth – though it’s still a far cry from her husband-to-be’s staggering sum.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Earhardt’s salary at Fox News is $3 million and her total net worth – primarily driven by her television gig and her books sales – is $8 million. She also generates income through speaking events and appearances and other media collaborations.
Some reports also suggest that since her divorce from her first husband Will Procter was finalized in 2019, her net worth has only increased.
Though she is believed to be one of the high-paid female anchors on television today, Hannity’s salary and net worth by comparison is much, much larger.
Back in 2020, Forbes posited Sean’s net worth to be around $43 million. However, a more recent December 2024 from Celebrity Net Worth suggested that his net worth is closer to a staggering $250 million.
Hannity’s unbelievable net worth comes from a combination of his Fox News career, a lucrative radio syndication deal, and a massive real estate portfolio.
Earhardt and Hannity opened up about their engagement during an Fox Nows interview just one day after Christmas.
He reportedly popped the question at their home church. “We are overjoyed and so thankful to our families for all of their love and support during this wonderful time in our lives,” the duo gushed.
Both Earhardt and Hannity were previously married and have children with their former spouses. Hannity was previously married to Jill Rhodes, and shares a son and daughter with her. Earhardt was married to Proctor from 2012 to 2019, and they share one daughter. Earhardt was also married to Kevin McKinney from 2005 to 2009.
However, the happy couple insisted that their blended family remains on good terms. “Everyone is supportive of each other,” they told the outlet. “We actually made [our former spouses] aware this was happening ahead of time.”
