The makeup artist has not held back following a recent article about her marriage breakdown
Lisa Armstrong has urged certain media outlets to “leave me alone” following the publication of an article about her ex-husband, Ant McPartlin.
Armstrong was married to the Saturday Night Takeaway star for 11 years after tying the knot in 2006 following a longtime relationship.
They announced in January 2018 that they were divorcing and McPartlin married Anne-Marie Corbett in August 2021. He welcomed his first child Wilder with Corbett in May 2024.
Armstrong and McPartlin’s split became the subject of widespread attention once it was finalised, in no small part due to the reported sum the makeup artist was awarded.
Following its finalisation, it was reported Armstrong pocketed £31million and kept their West London home following the divorce settlement. The pair also reportedly agreed joint custody of their dog, Bailey.
Despite the two going their separate ways, Armstrong’s social media posts continue to spark speculation of bad blood towards her ex-husband – most notably a recent post referencing “loser” exes.

She also celebrated the arrival of an adorable family addition this month, posting an upbeat and gushing update about the birth of her niece’s child.
Armstrong’s activity on social media while Britain’s Got Talent host McPartlin marked his first Christmas as a dad led one newspaper to compare the different festive periods the exes were enduring.
Titled “Inside Ant McPartlin and Lisa Armstrong’s contrasting Christmases as present celebrates his first as a father… while his former wife takes a swipe at ‘loser’ exes”, the article clearly irked Armstrong who shared a screengrab of the feature to her Instagram page.
Fuming at the coverage of herself and McPartlin, Armstrong blasted: “Oh My Good god @dailymail Why are you so obsessed with me?!…. Like literally obsessed?!!…. Have you got nothing better to do or write about?!… Shame on you.

“I congratulate my niece on having a baby on MY social media Platform and this is what you do?!…. AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!….I’ve stated this a few times on here… LEAVE ME ALONE!!!
“Disgusting bullying behaviour and I’m not excepting it…” Armstrong fumed before referring to her and McPartlin’s marriage breakdown specifically.
She fumed: “Only people that can’t move on is you, it’s been 7 years!!!…..Get your own life, a grip and leave mine out of this toxic nasty bulls*** you constantly write about me.”
Armstrong also addressed the news of her financial gain after her divorce was finalised, urging fans not to listen to the reports.
She angrily typed: “Again for you incompetent idiots at the back… IVE NEVER SOLD A STORY, NEVER BEEN GAGGED, SIGNED AN NDA, TOOK ANYONE TO COURT OR TOOK 31 MILLION.
“Go away pathetic loser who still like to comment and bring me down, you will not WIN…. And one day I will have my say!!!!!! #BEKIND.” (sic)
Armstrong’s rant was soon met by supportive messages from her followers, including some familiar faced.
She received support from the likes of former Strictly star Gemma Atkinson, Dr Chloe Mitchell and radio presenter Saira Franklin who all commented words of encouragement.
Meanwhile, Strictly alum Nikita Kuzmin and Tasha Ghouri also liked the post as they threw their backing behind the makeup artist.
