Kayleigh McEnany has welcomed her third baby, a girl named Avery Grace, with husband Sean Gilmartin. he announced the news exclusively through her fellow co-hosts on Fox News’ Outnumbered on Monday, June 30. The former White House press secretary, 36, shared the first pictures of her newborn.
In the photos, the newly minted mom of three showed her baby girl adorning an all pink outfit, complete with the matching headband. She also shared one snap of her and the former pitcher for the New York Mets cradling their newborn and another photo of the little one yawning in her dad’s arms.

McEnany shared a clip of her co-host, Emily Compagno, announcing her baby news on her Instagram page, adding that she’s “so in love” with her newborn daughter.
“@gilmartin_sean36 and I are so in love with our new baby girl, Avery Grace! Blake and Nash love their baby sister, and we are enjoying this beautiful time in life!,” she began in the caption.
“‘For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.’ – Psalm 139: 13-14 ❤️,” she continued, before thanking her team for the birth announcement.
The couple first announced they were expecting baby No. 3 live on Outnumbered in March.
“Last but not least, I’ve been teasing a big announcement,” she began, before continuing, “Sean and I are expecting our third child, which we’re so excited about.”
McEnany, who served as White House press secretary between April 2020 and the end of President Donald Trump’s first term in January 2021, wore a bright pink blazer on the broadcast but said that it wasn’t an indication of the baby’s sex.
“This coloring is not an indication of the gender,” she said, noting that she was wearing pink and blue pumps and that there was a blue pacifier on the screen.

“We’re going to be doing a gender reveal,” she continued. “The baby is due in June, so I hope you will join me on this journey. I will be live talking about this on social media [and] on the show. We’ll do a gender reveal here.”
The couple’s newborn joins their other two children, son Nash, 2, and daughter Blake, 5. To wrap up her pregnancy announcement, McEnany showed the recent sonogram of her baby.
“It’s very sweet. It’s been a special time. I’ve been pregnant during Christmas and during Thanksgiving, and my daughter Blake now knows, so she runs up and holds my stomach and is like, ‘Let me kiss the baby,’ ” she continued.
