Where Can I Catch Up On ‘Sullivan’s Crossing’ Before Season 4?
You can watch the first two seasons of Sullivan’s Crossing on Netflix with a subscription. (Season 3 is expected to come to Netflix in August.) Seasons 1, 2 and 3, including the recently aired season 3 finale, are streaming with ads on The CW website.
‘Sullivan’s Crossing’ Cast: Who Is in Season 4?
The following actors lead the cast of Sullivan’s Crossing. Presumably, all of them will return for the fourth season.
Morgan Kohan as Maggie Sullivan
Chad Michael Murray as California ‘Cal’ Jones
Tom Jackson as Frank Cranebear
Andrea Menard as Edna Cranebear
Scott Patterson as Harry ‘Sully’ Sullivan
What Happened in Season 3 of ‘Sullivan’s Crossing’?
Much of season 3 revolved around Maggie and Cal’s dynamic as a couple in the small town of Sullivan’s Crossing. Maggie was also grieving the loss of the baby she miscarried in the season 2 finale and trying to figure out how to balance her career with her desire to stay close to Cal. In the finale, she decided to pursue medical licensing in Canada so she could open her own practice in town and assist with surgeries if needed.
As far as the other characters, Sully was left frail and recovering after the fire in season 2 — his healing was a major emotional arc throughout the season. Edna was struggling with health issues of her own — a brain tumor that was causing her to lose her vision. Edna insisted that Maggie be the one to perform a high-stakes surgery to save her life. It was a terrifying risk for Maggie, but she succeeded.
While Cal and Maggie were on cloud nine about the successful surgery and Maggie’s new career plan, their joy was short-lived. Liam (Marcus Rosner), a man who Maggie had previously described as a “summer fling,” arrived in Sullivan’s Crossing — and revealed that he and Maggie are actually married!
This cliffhanger left fans uncertain about Maggie and Cal’s future.
Release Date and Channel/Streamer: When and Where Will ‘Sullivan’s Crossing’ Season 4 Premiere?
Season 4 will air on The CW first, network president Brad Schwartz told Deadline. The network is expecting audiences who fell in love with the show on Netflix will flock to the network or the app when the new season premieres. “I feel proud that we’ve created a show that millions of people are watching, and now millions more people are watching,” he told the outlet. He added that the CW team would focus on being “really good marketers and to go find that audience that is finding it on Netflix and tell them, ‘Hey, season 4 is coming to The CW.’”
No release dates for season 4 have been announced yet. TechRadar estimates that the earliest it could premiere, based on typical production timelines, is May 2026 — but since the renewal was so recently announced, it will take a little while before we get any firm dates.
In the meantime, keep an eye on Watch With Us — we’ll be ready with any updates about the new season.
