Holly Willoughby‘s husband Dan Baldwin has reportedly launched his own talent agency.
The move comes three years after the presenter, 42, quit the showbiz agency YMU that she shared with her former This Morning co-star Phillip Schofield.
According to a new report, Dan, 48, who already owns television company Hungry Bear Media, has started a new venture named HB Talent Agency.
A source told The Mirror: ‘Dan is one of the most powerful men in TV – and obviously his wife is one of the most influential women. This move makes a lot of sense.
Dan’s profile on his website says: ‘Dan has a wife, three children, two cats and co-owns a production company. He hasn’t got much time for anything else.’

MailOnline has contacted representative’s for comment.
Accounts obtained by MailOnline in 2021 showed Dan’s television company Hungry Bear Media boasted around £3.4 million in cash at the end of 2020, with at least £1.8 million in assets.
He is also listed as a director for the Scottish company Hungry McBear Ltd alongside comedian Michael McIntyre and a third unnamed figure.
Baldwin is also listed as a director on Roxy Media alongside his wife Holly, which has cash in the bank totalling £1,430,377, and in 2020 he set up a fourth company called Hungry Jay Media Ltd.
It comes three years after Holly quit the showbiz agency that she shared with former This Morning co-star Phillip.
The presenter was said to have made plans to manage herself within an all-female team, after leaving the agency after 13 years.
The Sun reported that the star made the huge career decision after the coronavirus lockdown gave her time to reflect on her future.
Holly quit the company YMU, who were previously known as James Grant, and has a number of big name stars on the books.
Other famous famous faces represented include Ant and Dec, Graham Norton and Claudia Winkleman.

A source told the publication: ‘Lockdown has given her time to reflect and think about her future. In many ways, it has become the perfect opportunity to start afresh and it was just time for a change.
‘She is really excited about managing herself and having more say over decisions on a day-to-day basis.
‘She has always had such incredible business sense and is proud to be a working mum and career woman.’
The insider went on to say that Holly’s career decision was the ‘logical next step’ after she hoped to develop a ‘better work-life balance.’
