ITV This Morning presenters Cat Deeley and Dermot O’Leary shared some exciting baby news during Tuesday’s programme as they congratulated a colleague on the arrival of their son.

During Tuesday’s episode of ITV This Morning, hosts Cat Deeley and Dermot O’Leary shared some exciting baby news with viewers.
The duo announced that the show’s fashion editor, Amber Jackson, has given birth to a baby boy. As they extended their congratulations, an image of the newborn in a baby grow bearing the slogan ‘I Love This Morning’ was displayed on screen.
Amber had previously taken to Instagram to announce the arrival of her son, stating: “He’s here.. Huxley Wolfe Howell. Born October 30th at 7.34am weighing 7lbs 12.”
During the fashion segment, Dermot paused to say: “We have a very lovely announcement because we have a new member of the This Morning fashion team. Our fashion editor Amber gave birth to this little beautiful fella – this is Huxley Wolfe Howell born the 30th of October so massive congratulations to Amber and her husband Luke.”
Cat expressed her excitement for Huxley’s future visit to the studio, reports the Mirror. Earlier in the programme, viewers suggested a presenter shake-up as regular host Ben Shephard was replaced by Dermot, who was co-hosting with Cat for the first time.

This Morning’s fashion editor, Amber Jackson, welcomed a gorgeous baby boy
A cheerful Cat began the show by saying: “Hello and welcome to your Tuesday’s this morning, where I have got the lovely Dermot O’Leary by my side.” Dermot interjected: “Now I’ve gone slightly mad because I thought that we have done this before but we haven’t.”
Cat confirmed: “No we haven’t. That is a lie my friend.” Dermot responded: “Or maybe a dream not a lie. I don’t think I was lying about it.”
Dermot remarked, “It might be the first time we have presented This Morning together but it’s not the first time we have presented morning telly together.”
Subsequently, viewers saw a clip showing the duo’s previous collaboration on STV. After the segment, one enthusiast posted on X, known previously as Twitter, commenting: “Cat works soo much better with Dermot already #ThisMorning.”
While another fan expressed, “Really like Cat and Dermot together they two are the ultimate dream team! I’ve been thinking that for a long time that Cat would be more suited to Dermot… love their humour #ThisMorning.”
One viewer took to social media to express their discontent, stating: “Can I just say, Cat, that was a time to remember, not to, as you said, ‘celebrate’.” They continued, “Enough with this disrespectful nonsense, please.”
Another viewer chimed in, pointing out: “The word you were looking for was ‘commemorate’ not ‘celebrate’ Cat.” They added, “Bloody hell ITV, you need to give a lot more thought to your presenting choices.”
Further adding to the confusion, another viewer shared their thoughts after the silence had ended, posting: “I didn’t want to say anything with the two minutes silence approaching but celebrate?!?! CELEBRATE?!” Another person claimed, “From celebrate to incredibly moving, someone told her to say that.”
