Now on Netflix: Nikki Rodriguez, Noah LaLonde, and Ashby Gentry return in a sun-drenched small-town romance where first love clashes with deep heartbreak
Rodriguez leads with quiet intensity as Jackie, caught between two brothers and the weight of growing up. This emotionally charged season explores loyalty, grief, and the kind of choices that change everything — all set against the warmth and ache of a perfect American summer

Season 2 will premiere later this year.
Howdy, My Life with the Walter Boys fans! We know you’re getting ready to see Jackie (Nikki Rodriguez), Cole (Noah LaLonde), Alex (Ashby Gentry), and the rest of the Walter clan in Season 2 later this year, but we have even better news: Your favorite family is also returning to Silver Falls for a third season. Yup, the lovable teen drama has been picked up for Season 3 — before Season 2 has even premiered!
And we won’t have to wait too long, either. The third season will premiere in 2026. “We’ve got a lot of things to do,” showrunner and executive producer Melanie Halsall tells Tudum.
While filming Season 1, Halsall told Tudum that she had high hopes for the series’ longevity, seeing the potential for a long run thanks to a sprawling cast that includes the Walter family’s 10 kids. “I definitely still believe that,” she tells Tudum. “I love the teenage stories and what we do with those characters. But I think we have a lot of potential to tell stories that are intergenerational. I’d love to be able to do more of that in Season 3.”
Based on the popular Wattpad novel by Ali Novak, My Life with the Walter Boys Season 1 spent eight weeks in Netflix’s Global English Top 10 TV list and reached the Top 10 in 88 countries. The first season follows 15-year-old Jackie Howard (Rodriguez) as she moves across the country from dazzling Manhattan to rural Silver Falls, Colorado, to live with her new guardian — her mother’s best friend, Katherine (Sarah Rafferty). Katherine is raising 10 kids with her husband, George (Marc Blucas). While settling into her new, chaotic countryside home, Jackie is determined to stay focused on her dream of getting in to Princeton … all while wrapping her head around her feelings for two very different Walter brothers: the reliable and bookish Alex (Gentry) and the mysterious and troubled Cole (LaLonde). The season ends on a cliff-hanger with Jackie flying back to New York accompanied by her uncle Richard (Alex Quijano).
The cast for Season 2 also includes Connor Stanhope as Danny, Johnny Link as Will, Corey Fogelmanis as Nathan, Jaylan Evans as Skylar, Zoë Soul as Haley, Isaac Arellanes as Isaac, Myles Perez as Lee, Ashley Tavares as Tara, Dean Petriw as Jordan, Alix West Lefler as Parker, Lennix James as Benny, Alisha Newton as Erin, Ellie O’Brien as Grace, Kolton Stewart as Dylan, Mya Lowe as Kiley, Gabrielle Jacinto as Olivia, Jesse Lipscombe as Coach Allen, and Nathaniel Arcand as Mato.
Ed Glauser and Becky Hartman Edwards are executive producers of My Life with the Walter Boys. Sony Pictures Television International Production and iGeneration Studios (The Kissing Booth trilogy) also produce.
Keep trotting on back to Tudum for all things My Life with the Walter Boys, including updates on when Season 2 premieres later in 2025. Yeehaw!
