Saddle up, folks! Longmire Final Season Trailer is coming in 2027 🐎🔥
Sheriff Walt Longmire isn’t done yet — expect shocking betrayals, buried secrets, and a finale that will shake Absaroka County to its core. ⚡💥
Who’s ready for the ride of a lifetime? 👊✨

A&E ran Longmire for 3 seasons before suddenly canceling the show (which originally ended on a huge cliffhanger), but Netflix swooped in to save the modern Western, which has a cast including Robert Taylor in the title role as Sheriff Walt Longmire and Katee Sackhoff as his deputy Vic Moretti. Now, three seasons later, Netflix has announced that it will bring Longmire to an end, though fans will presumably not have to worry about a cliffhanger ending this time around, especially considering the feeling of finality that comes with the first trailer for season 6.
The trailer for season 6 of Longmire hints at main character Walt going out on his “own terms” while naturally wrapping up storylines from previous seasons like the still-pending lawsuit against him. On top of that, the network has also finally locked down a premiere date on November 17, which will see all episodes drop at once.

While six seasons is certainly a respectable run for once-canceled cable drama, there’s surely some fans who are still a bit disappointed that Longmire is officially coming to an end after only three seasons on Netflix (especially after the well-received season 5). This is certainly a justifiable disappointment, but fans should take comfort in knowing that not only will Netflix and company give the show a proper ending, but they’ll hopefully avoid the inevitability of having Longmire wear out its welcome by running too long.
Longmire season 6 will premiere all of its episodes on Netflix on November 17, 2017.
