While sharing behind the scenes snaps from her new show, Cara Delevingne has been hit with backlash over graphic pictures.
The 31-year-old model has been performing in Cabaret in the West End, luckily living in London as her LA home dramatically caught on fire last month.
She also stars in the currently airing American Horror Story: Delicate, which sees Kim Kardashian making her acting debut.
As the latest episode dropped, Cara decided to post gore-filled on set pictures and videos showing a satanic ritual involving her pregnant belly.
The Suicide Squad’s usually flat stomach was replaced with a baby bump which had been brutally cut open in a c-section style prosthetic.
Followers pointed out that the images could be incredibly triggering for people who have experienced traumatic births or baby losses, with no warning.

‘THE HORROR… 🩸,’ Cara had captioned the post, with a picture of herself and cast mates covered in blood which she pretended to lick off her hands.
It was the second picture in the carousel that fans took issue with as it featured the blood-drenched star holding open either side of a gory incision, which ran the length of the belly.
Next came a video where she was moving the opened bump up and down, while smiling and giving the camera a thumbs up.
Another picture showed the bloody cast in black feathered outfits gathered around Annabelle Dexter-Jones, who lay screaming on a bed with blood smeared across her stomach.

Other pictures featured were of Cara, in the black outfit and still blood-splattered, posing and smiling.
‘Could maybe have done with a trigger warning for the many people following with relevant traumas seeing this unexpectedly,’ wrote KT Thompson in the comments.
She then continued: ‘I work in mental health science, it’s not wokeness it’s public health and human kindness.’
Olivia Rike added: ‘I don’t normally comment on posts like this but there should absolutely be a trigger warning on here. This could be very traumatic for some women to have pop up on their feed.’

‘So insensitive,’ agreed Rebecca Romanous. ‘Could have chosen any other frame from that episode to post. You must live such a good life to not even realise how wrong this is.’
However, others defended Cara’s post as Hannah Aliya shared: ‘I understand PTSD, I am in the psychology field and have certain experiences myself, but when I see a triggering post, I’m not going to expect the whole world to succumb to my trauma.
‘I just have to deal with the sight of it until I’m desensitised. Otherwise you will always live in fear and the reality of the world is that it’s not always gonna accommodate to your feelings.’
Cara has not responded to backlash and the pictures are still up on her Instagram, as well as on Annabelle’s and Juliana Canfield’s pages.
