Since his return to WWE earlier this year, The Rock has been on an impressive run, with his heel persona receiving critical acclaim as one of the finest performances of his career. Despite his break from WWE, he has stayed busy with various other projects. Notably, he also touted that the “Moana 2” trailer has broken a longstanding record, adding another achievement to his diverse portfolio.
Although The Rock’s time with WWE concluded after WrestleMania 40, his contributions were impactful, and fans continue to appreciate the essential role he played in WWE programming during his return.
Earlier this week, Disney released the trailer for “Moana 2” and fans all over the world were excited for it. The Rock took to his Instagram and touted the trailer’s success as it broke the all-time record for the most watched Disney animated trailer.
”Incredible. THANK YOU around the world. MOANA 2 trailer breaks all time record for most watched Disney animated trailer. 178M views. 24hrs. See you in theaters November 27th. ~ Maui 🪝”
If you weren’t aware, The Rock is set to act in the live-action remake of ‘Moana’ as well. Nonetheless, it remains to be seen how both movies will turn out, as it still might be while until The Rock makes his WWE return.
