Aubrey Plaza is currently featured in two films, My Old Ass and Megalopolis, and she is also starring in the Disney+ MCU series Agatha All Along, where she plays the romantic antagonist to Kathryn Hahn’s Agatha Harkness.

With her rising popularity and increasing hours on set, the actress has shared some controversial views on set etiquette.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Plaza and her My Old Ass co-star Maisy Stella talked about Plaza’s extensive experience on set. However, during their conversation, Plaza began to feel uncomfortable while sitting and exclaimed, “I’m on fire,” wondering if she was having an allergic reaction to the chair. It turns out, the actress was simply not wearing any underwear.

It’s fine, I think it’s just my old ass. Maybe I should’ve worn underwear, but I never do. And then I get f—ed. […]Always wear underwear, you think, you know, I dunno, It’d be fun not to.

However, Plaza contradicts her own advice later in the video, declaring that you should never wear underwear in life, primarily because it helps you “get the fluids out” faster.

I feel like acting is all about, you have to have your body in this weird malleable state. Never have to pee when you’re doing a scene. Even if you a little bit are like, ‘Maybe I have to pee,’ just get it all out. Just get whatever fluids out. Be like an empty vessel.… If you don’t wear underwear, it can come out faster. So don’t ever wear underwear in life.

Yes, the entire conversation is just as strange as you’d expect. You can watch it below:
