Game of Thrones led to several other roles for Harington. This included a main part in the 2014 historical epic Pompeii, as well as being a main voice actor in DreamWorks’ How to Train Your Dragon series. More recently, Harington had a role in the 2024 Max series Industry, wherein he played Henry Muck. Many of these projects have been well-regarded, but this is not true for a supernatural horror film released earlier this year.

Our Take On The Beast Within’s Hulu Success
Kit Harington Likely Boosted The Film’s Success
Looking at the films it beat out on the Hulu charts, it seems like Harington must have been the main draw to The Beast Within. After all, one would think that the well-reviewed Smile would come in ahead of the panned werewolf movie, especially with Smile 2 currently in theaters. Harington’s post-Game of Thrones roles have been limited, so those who have missed his Jon Snow days pounced at the opportunity to see the actor in this film. Hopefully, this can leverage success for Harington in his future career endeavors.
